The red (#bd1200) background to white (#FFFFFF) text has a contrast of 6.46:1, which qualifies at the WCAG 2.2 AAA level for contrast and the silver level for APCA.
The blue (#00009d) text to white (#FFFFFF) background has a contrast of 14.12:1, which qualifies at the WCAG 2.2 AAA level for contrast and the silver level for APCA.
